testing service is carried out for the small fee of $49+gst
in conjunction with the property inspection, and is provided
to give you the peace of mind and confidence to move forward
with your property purchase. From $99 included with a full
report and from $199 for a moisture test by itself.

levels. From $149+ GST
Producer
statements for non- permitted works, swimming pools, lim reports,
drainage, electrical, structural and soil reports by an engineer,
alterations and extensions.
