After
a thorough property inspection by myself, my wife &
a registered master builder, it was suggested that we get
a moisture test done on the property.
After several phone calls my wife got in contact with Grant
Hayward of Advance Property Inspections.
Within 3 or so days the inspection was carried out on the
areas requested using accurate moisture testing equipment.
2 hours after the inspection we had been given a detailed
verbal report over the phone, 2 days after the inspection
we had a full written report together with photo's emailed
to us, the information provided was very detailed.
Grants handling of the whole process was thorough and professional.
This combined with prompt friendly service would suggest
to me that anyone wanting a similar inspection should use
